In this scale, the plate of the “I must” wins fight over the “I want”. We want to enjoy but we have a super busy day:
- We live answering the phone calls, mails, and you see duties ruling your day and your life.
- We live moving fast, the tic-tac marks our footsteps and have not rest.
- We live in a dynamic way, and labeling ourselves as persons of action and living life only around it, we neglecting feelings and thought.
And still with some free time on hands we asked ourselves: Why we don’t get the expected satisfaction, and it all appears to be insipid, colourless, something is missing for us to be able to enjoy?
What happened with the balance between “I must – I want” and the balance between: actions, thoughts and feelings?
The question is: How to keep on doing what I do, and still enjoy and live better?
I invite you to enjoy this book thinking in the way to find new viewpoints to answer to these questions and with it achieve a better life.
